Gerry is graduate of the Culinary
Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. He has been in the
restaurant business all his life because his parents used to own a
restaurant in Laurinburg. He has cooked in many fine restaurants
including the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay, CA. He and his wife Mariah
also owned a restaurant in Laurinburg. He now lives in Pinehurst
and we are happy to have him.
